Dear Cristina,
our holiday with you and Travel Sicilia has been one of the happiest and most rewarding experiences of our lives. In the nearly 3 weeks in which we travelled around your unique island we were introduced to a wealth of experiences and your intimate knowledge of all aspects of Sicily enriched our enjoyment at every stage of the journey. Each day brought new and exciting experiences; we achieved so much and yet we never felt rushed. We also appreciated the flexibility to include unscheduled visit. We have been privileged to have had you knowledge and guidance as we admired the treasured legacy of Greek, Arab and Norman civilizations.
We have been impressed by the interesting and varied accommodation, each having its own charme from the elegant villa permeated with the atmosphere of bygone times to a jewel oasis in an olive grove; then there was the surprising roof garden in the ancient Ragusa Ibla and our last night in the luxury of the Grand Hotel Wagner in Palermo,
You have introduced us to a wealth of Sicilian food in authentic locations. So many new experiences: delicious seafood, the intense flavor of the fruits and vegetables grown in this fertile land and introducing to plants and trees previously known only by name; Carobs, Pomegranate, caper bush.
I thank you for all your patience and help as I tried to gain confidence in speaking Italian. It has given me fresh impetus to master the language.
This holiday with you, Cristina, has exceeded all our expectations. We will recommend your company without reservation to anyone wishing to travel to Sicily and as I return have my thoughts turn to when we can return. There are always new discoveries to be made with you and Travel Sicilia in your enchanting island.

What you did for us: driving, guiding, touring, translating, listening and catering to on every need, far exceded our expectations.
Each day was so personalized, effortless, fun, informative, interesting, adventurous and safe with your escort. Ease and safety were important, being that we were 3 women traveling alone, each with our own personal interests and needs, you never seem to tire of our constant questions or desires.
We have come to know completely the beauty, culture, charm, tastes, scents, sites, people, animals and nature...oh and of course the amazing port that makes Sicily incredible!

• Dear Travelsicilia
Jane and I, with our daughters Cordelia and Emily, enjoyed a most marvellous holiday at your home by the sea in the Belice valley. You really do have an enchanting place and we have returned to our offices relaxed, tanned and refreshed. The early morning and evenings on the terrace above the sea, listening to the wildlife and waves was magical.
We are inspired to return to Sicily and, in particular, to visit Palermo and Monreale, perhaps for a long weekend.
I hope we may keep in touch.

We are home after our wonderful Sicilian vacation.
I want to thank you and Jaime for the assistance you gave us in finding a new and fantastic home for the second week of our stay.
Your response to our concerns was appreciated, and I will not hesitate to recommend you and Travel Silicia to any of my friends who may be in search of a place.

Salve! I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you what a wonderful week we had in Sicily!! With your help, we were able to get a wonderful sense of the country as well as see my relatives. It all worked out so well. Janesh and Mario were wonderful. They were so professional, informative and accomodating. We had a great time together. The hotels were very lovely. They were very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. Each hotel had a unique style that made it very interesting.
I have to say, the hotel in Taormina wins the prize!
Taormina was my favorite city.
The tours and sites were incredible! I did not realize how much diversity exists in Sicily. The guides were great at explaining the cultural influences. From the architecture to the people, it was amazing! I am convinced I am part Greek, Arab AND Norman!!.....which explains so much!!!
Of course visiting the towns of my family was also a wondeful experience. It was great to get to see not only the tourist sites, but also the small villages. Mistretta was beautiful! The air was so cool and dry which was a
great break from the heat. I understand the week before we came was even hotter. I can't even imagine it! I guess we were really lucky with the weather. Even though I was getting tan from just walking around in Sicily, going to the beach at Noto, I wasn't prepared for the sun and got a little sunburn. What a fabulous beach!!
I walked out so far and the water was still not deep! Now that's MY kind of beach! The water so incredibly refreshing. It was such a great break in between sightseeing and visiting with my family.
It was also so wonderful to meet family members that I had never seen before. We laughed and had a great time together. My family members took me to see where my parents and grandparents grew up as well as the local sites. (I was so glad that we didn't sit around the table eating the whole time! That was what I was afraid would happen, you know Sicilian families....)
Thank you again for all your patience, professionalism and input. It was the perfect trip that I had hoped for!
There was no other tour that offered what your agency gave us.

- Sicilian tour highlights in 2007 - Two professionally presented cookery classes, one at a
farmhouse and another at a Cheese research centre. Others might say the breathtaking Temples
of Agrigento and Segesta closely followed by the well preserved amphitheatre in
Taormina with Mt Etna as a dramatic backdrop. Then for some it was getting up close to majestic
Norman architecture in its cathedrals and castles. For me, looking at a palazzo one
night in the Piazza of Ortigia and seeing a row of glittering chandeliers on its first floor and
wondering what treasures and history lie within and next day our group being invited by its
Baron resident, to that Palazzo for lunch. He regaled us with a story of his ancestors entertaining
Sir and Lady Emma Hamilton and the one armed Admiral Lord Nelson. In the Baron’s
Ortigian salon we learned that Emma, a pioneer of ‘performance art’ created her ‘attitudes’,
of wrapping herself in sheer (read see-through) swathes of fabric and striking poses to recreate
famous mythological figures as painted or sculpted by artists. Her adoring husband assisted
in holding a large empty frame in front of her pose, whilst her lover Lord Nelson looked
on.
All agreed the landscape and built environment was not what they expected and they came
away with a feeling they had definitely gained a sense of having seen something uniquely different
from the other regions they had visited in Italy. Each year I like to change the tour a
little and have now added Sicilian gardens for 2008.
If you have already visited Sicily or want to discover more of it charms, the Aeolian Islands
await. In 2004 my journey took me to its islands by car and ferry. This is where you meet
relatives of neighbours in Australia. You could do as I did, or charter a yacht if you are a
sailor or hire a skipper. Just as glamourous to fly in by helicopter and use the ferries to island
hop between each. My agents in Sicily will handle this and any type of accommodation you
need, either in a resort or apartment.

Sorry for the late reply I am in Turkey for my vacantion :)
The clients enjoyed their vacantion actually it was one of their favourite
vacation in Italy , the usually go to Italy for their summer holidays and
this vacation was unforgetable for them .
They mentioned also that they were very satisfied about the villa and
their asistance at the villa .
